Lash line enhancement is a permanent eyeliner beauty treatment that involves creating a delicate light black or brown line across the top lashes. For this look, pigment is inserted between the lashes to achieve the illusion of fuller and darker lashes as well as the illusion of a beautiful liner. Top & Bottom liner. $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT upon booking appointment!
